5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

lj777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of any prohibition listed above, and to retain any funds in the Account as a penalty where applicable under Philippine law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lj777 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. lj777's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes lj777's liability for death or personal injury caused by lj777's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by lj777.
• Evidence of money laundering or financing of illegal activity as defined under Philippine law.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Upon termination for legitimate breach, lj777 may withhold all Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds will be returned to the verified source payment method after deducting any outstanding charges, at lj777's discretion. If Account termination results from an internal decision by lj777 unrelated to Player conduct, Real Money Funds will be returned in full.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting lj777 support. All outstanding Real Money Funds will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to gaming transactions, withdrawals, bonuses, or Account actions, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting lj777 customer support. lj777 aims to resolve all escalated disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its player complaint channels as the relevant regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

lj777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, lj777 will provide advance notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification, where reasonably practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the lj777 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. lj777 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current governing agreement.
